What we collect

If you reserve early access, we collect your email address and the reservation details you provide: pistol model, quantity, and intended use case. If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect what you write and the email you include so we can reply.

That is the full list. We do not collect anything else.

How we use it

One purpose: contacting you about early access and answering questions you send us. Reservation details help us prioritize which pistol platforms to build first. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to Biolokk.

Where it lives

Your email and reservation details are stored with our transactional email provider and appear in standard server logs. There is no separate marketing database and no data warehouse.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We do not run ad tracking, and we use no advertising or cross-site cookies. For visitor measurement we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count aggregate page views and reservation events. It does not build a profile of you and does not follow you across other sites. If that changes, this policy will change first and the effective date above will move.

Deletion

Ask and it is gone. Send a deletion request through the contact form on this site and we will remove your email and reservation details from our records.

Minors

This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
