Reservations
Early access reservations are free and non-binding, for you and for us. We collect no payment, hold no deposit, and store no payment details. A reservation is a statement of interest, not a purchase. You can walk away at any time, and requesting deletion of your information cancels your reservation.
Not an offer to sell
Biolokk is a pre-launch product. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a contract of sale, or a guarantee of future availability, pricing, or delivery. A reservation does not obligate us to sell you a device or obligate you to buy one.
Specifications may change
The design, dimensions, performance figures, supported pistol platforms, and every other specification described on this site reflect the current state of development and are subject to change before production. We publish what we have verified, and we update it as the engineering moves.
Not safety training
Nothing on this site is firearms safety training or instruction of any kind. No storage device replaces safe handling, secure storage practices, or qualified training. You are responsible for the safe handling and storage of your firearms and for complying with all laws that apply to you.
Site content
The content on this site is provided as-is for general information about a product in development. We work to keep it accurate, but we make no warranties about completeness and may change or remove content at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute arising from this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
